  • How to make an wholesale order?

      All Kpop products (excluding albums and light sticks) listed on our website can be provided with the wholesale price, in addition, you can check more wholesale items here

      • What is the Minimum Order Amount?

        Our Minimum Order Amount is $5000 to receive wholesale discount. Some Items are up to 70% off via wholesale purchase.

        • What is the delivery time?

          Usually, we process your orders within 3-5 business days and the deliveries take 15-30 days for most orders within the regular shipping.

          However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live! Due to extremely high demand, the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, it can sometimes take up to 10 business days to process your order and up to 2 months for your delivery to arrive. Please review the shipping page for further information on particular countries.

          • What are the available shipping methods?

            We offer epacket, Fedex and DHL. 

            • What are your available Payment Methods?

              We accept payment via Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and After pay. 

              • Do you ship to my country?

                We can ship worldwide. 

                • Does import duties, taxes are included?

                  No. Charges are buyer's responsibility. Each country has its own customs regulation, and we have no control over this. Please check thoroughly about the customs (import duties and taxes) regulation of your country in prior to the shipment of your order as you will be responsible for all customs related issues with your shipment (including the return or disposal of the package) once it arrives in your country. 

                  • Can you under declare my order?

                  Yes. When you make an order, please note the amount you want to declare.

                  • Can’t find the product you want in the kpop wholesale product list?

                  Please email us the name of the kpop product, we will check and let you know if the item can be provided with the wholesale price.

                  • What to do if I received the wrong items?

                  If you received the wrong items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
