Once your order from us has shipped, we will send you an email confirming your ordered items and their tracking numbers. You can track your items by clicking the tracking numbers provided in the email, or by copying and pasting the tracking numbers into our order tracking page

Waiting paitently for your order can be very nerve wrecking, especially if its your first order with us. So if you do start to feel concerned, feel free to contact us using the form below and we will respond to you via email. Shipping information 

Check the delivery status of your order by entering its 13 character Tracking ID below. Tracking IDs can be found in the email we sent you after your items have been shipped. Please note that Tracking IDs are per supplier, not per item nor per order.

You may receive multiple tracking orders for one order. This is due to the fact that we pride ourselves in sourcing the lowest cost but highest value products so that you, our customers, can pay the lowest cost. Different costs means the merchandise is made in different coutries all over the world and so they might be arriving to you from different locations. We understand that this can be a little annoying but we hope that the effort we've gone to, to find the cheaper product for you is worth it to have that extra few dollars in your pocket.

Once you place an order, it will be shipped after 2-7 business days of processing. The estimated delivery times are listed as below:

What is your returns policy?

In a rare case you didn't like your purchase from us recently we offer full return. As is our mission, we are always trying to find high quality products with the lowest price tags to maintain low prices for you, our customer. All feedback on our product range is always helpful and we welcome it.

If for any reason you don't love what you've bought from us, you are welcome to return or exchange your items. Just make sure to send us an email at!

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. 

Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date, and will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping fees. 

Please note that you will need to cover your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returns/exchanges must contain a Tracking ID, otherwise it cannot be guaranteed that we received your returned item.
